BOM explosion - problem in transferring based quantity from R/3 to APO

Gurus,

i would like to know if what are the reason why sometimes theres a failure in tranferring chnages done on based quantity header of certain SKu going to APO. we usually do by running RIMODGEN/RIMODAC2/RIMODDEL program and then lastly the DELTA PPM program..

For this scenario, we manually fix the issue by manually running CFP3 and this is unsually process. May i know if what are the parameter that causes of this failure?

Hi kne3ow,

CFP3 is the SAP standard transaction to send any changes at the PPM level.

The programs RIMODGEN, ACT etc., will transfer any changes overall at

the product level.

I would suggest you need to revise your process by incorporating

CFP3 for transferring PPM related changes in your system.
