InputField in TablePopin doesn't accept input of blanks / whitespace

Hi all,

I'm facing a very strange problem using the TablePopin UI element:

I use a InputField bound to a context attribute of type String in the content area of a TablePopin - and it simply doesn't allows me to put in blanks / whitespace using my keyboard. I can type in any other value - and even copy/paste blanks into the InputField, but not type them in directly.

If I move the inputfield outside of the PopIn, all works fine, so it must be some issue with the PopIn, not with the InputField, right?

Anyone some idea to fix this? Maybe this is a bug?

I'm using SAP NetWeaver 7.1 Composition Environment SP06

Thanks,

Aaron

Hi Sunaina,

I think you misunderstood my problem. I don't have general problems with displaying TablePopins - that all works fine for me. The point is: If I have a InputField in the content area of the TablePopin, this InputField doesn't accept blanks or whitespaces as text.

Anyway, thanks for your reply. I'm working on submitting a ticket as Armin suggested to do.
