Hi,
How do I deactivate a specific action rule in the GRC risk library? If I make a change in the function, several other rules might get impacted, which is not desired.
Please suggest
Regards
Abhijeet
Hi Abhijeet,
You cannot activate a single action rule through RAR.
You need to deactivate the TCODE in the function to deactivate this rule. However this will also deactivate other rules linked with that TCODE.
So to overcome this you can create new functions for the other rules which will be disabled.

Hello Abhijeet,
In this case you can disable the risk and then update the rules at both action and permission level and this will disable the corresponding action and permission rule.
1. Find the risk and then disable the same.
2. Save it.
3. click on Update rules button (run at both action & permission)
4. This will disable to corresponding action and permission rule.
