Hi ,
I am trying to upload logo through SE78.
But it displays an error
Bitmap file: No color table available (True Color, Bitcount 32)
Message no. TD875
How to solve this error.
Thanks&Regards,
Sharmishta
Hi,
The reason for the problem can be the color depth of the graphic which you uploaded. The SAP system only supports up to 24 Bits per pixel (16.7 million colors). Can you check the color depth of the graphic and convert it to 16.7 million colors in a graphic tool and upload again to SAP via SE78?
Follow the same in this post

Aditya

you can use "paint" of windows to save the image with other name in bmp format.
in propierties of the image you can check the bits.

hi,
You better upload with only 256 color bitmap.
If you upload with a more color format the white color will be printed as a little grey color on a hardcopy output.

Hi
Go through the link given below :
or
while changing the logo into bmp format which format you are using i.e 16 color Bitmap, 256 color Bitmap or 24-bit Bitmap.
because while converting into bmp format it looses it color, so if u r converting into Bitmap then convert it to 24-bit Bitmap.
only 24-bit Bitmap can get the similar clarity and then try to upload that logo.
