Transportation Lane Deactivation

Hi,

What is the best way to deactivate a transportation lane ?

When i set the deletion indicator in the Info Record will it automaticall remove the transportation lane in APO ?

Hi BVN,

Do you want to remove Info-record from product Transportation lane or to deactivate the product Transportation lane?

If you want delete Info-record from Product Transportation lane but not the product Transportation lane goto Tcode:/n/SAPAPO/SCC_TL1 Enter Model 000,Start Loc and Desti Loc then select the Product for which you have to delete the Info-record ,double click the on that Product then goto External Procurement Relation click on delete button it is next to source Category and save it will remove the Info-record from Product Transportation lane but not the product Transportation lane .

But if you want to deactive product Transportation lane then best way is create your Model say BVN and assign this product Transportation lane then you can delete this product Transportation lane from 000 Model and again assign to Model 000 by using your Model BVN.

Above steps also can be done using Tcode:MASSD.

Hi BVN,

Transportation lane works only at the product level.

Hence you can directly deactivate the products in a lane

at APO by setting block indicator in the transportation lane

(ie at product-specific transportation lane)

This will block the product(s) not to get planned using

the lane

Thanks for the info.

When PIR is CIF'd to APO it will create corresponding Transportation lane. If we set a deletion indicator to the PIR will wit remove the lane automatically ? If not what happens to the lane ?
