Hello,
Can anyone provide me the list of the following
List of LOG files for (any issues/ error detection, proactive maintenance etc.,) for GRC AC, RAR, CUP, SPM, ERM, SAP GRC PC
Background jobs, reports to be scheduled on periodic/ regular basis for GRC AC Suite, RAR, CUP, SPM, ERM, SAP GRC PC.
Thanks!!!
Hello Abdul,
Please find the below background jobs which should be scheduled periodically.
RAR
1. User/Role/Profile sync incremental jobs.
2. Batch risk analysi for user/role/profile incremental
3. Critical action/role/profile incremental
4. Management jobs.
Also if your client uses the Alert you can schedule a periodically job for that.
ERM
If client is making lot of changes in TCODES and auth objects on daily basis then you can schedule these job as well.
1. Org value sync
2. Transaction/object/field sync
3. Activity value sync.
SPM
/virsa/zvfatbak (log report) on hourly basis
CUP
All the jobs given in CUP Configuration->background jobs should be scheduled on periodically basis as per your client requirent.
You can skip few jobs like HR trigger, SOD and UAR if your client is not using this fucntionality.

Thanks all for the update.
I have few more queries.
1. RAR
The 5 jobs mentioned above (i.e. the incremental jobs, management jobs, alert jobs), should I schedule them on daily basis or there are any SAP Recommended best practices for these jobs..
2. You can skip few jobs like HR trigger, SOD and UAR if your client is not using this fucntionality.
Can I get further details on jobs related to HR Trigger, SOD and UAR.
3. I am new to UAR. Can I get further more details on what is UAR?
4. Are there any OSS NOTES related to the above (1), (2), & (3). If there are any, can anyone please provide me the same.
Thankyou once again, for all this help.
Hi Abdul,
1. Yes, you can schedule these jobs on daily basis.
2. Please find the below link for information related to HR triggers, UAR and SOD.

Hello Abdul,
In addition, kindly make sure that you follow all the post-installation steps given in the configuration guide for AC5.3 to avoid errors. Many problems come due to missing steps in port-installation..

Hello abdul,
To get logs for RAR go to below mentioned URL:
http://<SERVER><PORT>:/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ccappcomp/CCDebugger
Here you can find all the logs for RAR as per the server node.
To get log for ERM go to Configuration -> Log history -> System Logs
To get logs for CUP go to config -> Monitoring -> System log.
Originally CUP only shows most current logs. To view historic logs
these can be accessed from the file system at following path.
C:\usr\sap\<SID>\<JC##>\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\grc~aeear\serv
let_jsp\AE\root\logsAE
Where
SID System ID where application is deployed
Central instance no.

Varun
