Issues while importing .tpz file in IR

Dear all,

When I try to import the .tpz file (BASIS Component File) in IR, the error pops-up saying "Connection to server has been terminated. You need to re-login".

I have checked the server.. The server was working fine. And all the components are in running status.

Any clue as to why we are getting this error.

try to close the whole instance of IR and IR and open a new instance and then try.

Also in case this persists, try restarting the java stack.

This may be due to the network problem i mean when your network is not connected to the os level please take your Basis team help so that it may be solved....

Better to work with basis team, they will sort out easily.
