PO Output issue...

Hi Guru's

We have ext. classic and what I observed in few of the PO's in the outptut , the communication method as mail is ticked and also the communication method as "email" is there in the vendor master, but the PO output is generated through print.

I understand that the comm. method is taken from the vendor master and not sure if there is any other way of selecting the comm. method.

Any inputs are welcome.

Please help.

eventually yo do check in po what medium was selected.

1.take your bp no and select your bp guid from this table but000

2. bbp_send_medium - i/p bp guid and o/p - you may get medium

3. and go to bp transaction and check communication folder data?

is every thing correct for that vendor?

Hi Muthu,

BBP_Send medium shows the medium as mail..but still output is through Print.

I have checked and in the BADI BBP_Process_PO , we have a custome smart form....

In that Badi it is going into the print option.

I am not very comfortable in debug..need to check the condition....I think.

Is there any other thing, you think do let me know.

some clues.. but we have to do on PO but given sc.
