Workflow determining position

Hi Gurus,

i am running SAP SRM 7.0 new process level workflow...and I have an issue.

does anybody know on what a condition needs to be based on in order to fetch the position on the organizational structure of an user?

My need is to influence the workflow based on this..

Hi

I believe when you assign the agent to the particular task, you might have maintained via role wise. position wise or role wise or organisation via right.
