We've recently installed a SAP ECC 5.0 system that functions as a global system. That's why we've installed several languages already, and it's possible that we need some more languages in the future. The client at our project wants to know how much space is used when you install an additional language. If somebody could give me that information or a link, that would be very helpfull.
Thanks in advance,
Hi,
You can search for SAP Notes on the size of language imports via the key words "space requirements language import" on the SMP (http://service.sap.com/notes).
I'm not sure if their is a specific note for mySAP ERP 2004 but the notes you find should help with planning. I would assume am increase over the SAP R/3 Enterprise sizes. At least it will provide an estimate for you.
All the best,
Mike.
