Do you mean to say Sales orders? Ideal way would be delete/reject the order in ECC and it will be automatically removed from APO as long as the CIF model is active.
/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL report can be used to delete the order from APO liveCache and DB. I wouldnt recommend this approach since the data consitency is lost between two systems.
