Planning Assignment to user

Hi Experts,

We need to assign only two or three planning book to a user. When tried with transaction /SAPAPO/SDPPLBK to assign the planning book to the user id. However, we can see only the first planning book in the interactive planning.

Please let me know how to assign few planning book to a user or it can be done only the basis role assignment.

Hope can get the resolution ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Very happy to see your response and thanks for your kind information.

We already tried that option also,

Trial : 1

1. Assign first planning book without check both check boxes.

2. Assign second planning book with transaction code and without check both check boxes.

Output - showing all the planning books and couldn't restrict for only two planning books.

For other options, it showing only the first planning book and first view.

Please let me know whether we can assign two planning to one user by basis role assignment.

This planning book user restriction can be done by roles assignment. issue resolved.

Thanks for your reply.

/SAPAPO/SDPUSET is not working. If we assign one planning book in the /SAPAPO/SDPPLBK, it is showing correctly.

But when assigning the second one it is not showing, again showing only one.

Please let me know if any other option is there.

we have two check boxes in /SDPPLBK specific book and specific view,

Please do not check the boxes, if you made earlier. when you check the boxes it makes the user to assign the only one book/View.

or,

you made another row for the same user with the help of transaction code option,
