Certificate at the time of Delivery

What are the steps to be carried out to generate a Certificate via T-Code QC20 against a Delivery.

Material Master - Inspection Type '10' activated

Inspection Plan is maintained

Certificate Profile is maintained with Material Number and relevant MIC's

Certificate Assignment - Profile is assigned to a Material

Certificate Receipients - Output Type is maintained for Customer

Sales Order Created and Delivery is made against this Sales Order and RR & UD is performed.

QC20 T-Code is run and the folllowing message is obtained "No messages for initial processing exist"

Kindly let me know if there are any SPRO settings pending for this process from QM/SD side.

what is the status of characteristic, it should be completed.

Layout is maintained ? ceritificate profile is released ?

Characteristics is Reference Characteristics.

Layout is maintained in Certificate Profile whose status is released.

Hello,

Select processing mode as "2" in initial screen of the QC20.

It should work

Message "No messages for Repeat Processing exist" comes when I select option 2in Processing Mode.

Please find the config that needs to be done for Certificate

1) Define Condition Types for Output Determination

Path: SPRO > QM > Quality Certificates > Output Determination > Define Condition Types for Output Determination

Maintain for LQCB Output Type the Form

2) Edit Output Determination Procedure

Path: SPRO > QM > Quality Certificates > Output Determination > Output Determination Procedure > Edit Output Determination Procedure

For header Output (V10000) Maintain Output Type LQCB

Check this and come back
