As Udo pointed out don't see why you would need these definition in XI. The main purpose of XI is conversion of data between apps talking different languages. For this organizational structures are not required.
you can do that in the ABAP stack as well as in each R/3 system. But why?
You don't need a organizational structure in XI. XI does not hold masterdata, it is an integration platform, where u can connect ur serveral business systems.
