SRM Confirmation can't be deleted

I am trying to cancel a confirmation in SRM it shows 2 errors.

1) Cancellation of a subquantity is not possible

2) Item cancellation not possible because return delivery quantity <> 0

Other background

1. We are using SRM extended scenario SRM 5.0.

2. The invoice is not booked yet.

3. all the steps in SRM are Shopping cart->PO->goods receiving confirmation -> nowwant to cancel the confirmation.

It is a program error in function BBP_PD_CONF_BE_REF_READ .
