J2EE Engine Start Page getting restarted

Hello,

Good day.

May we ask for your assistance with this problem, we have SAP Solution Manager 7. We are configuring the NWA and RCA, however, when we try to call the URL using J2EE_Admin accnt the site alwasys shows the initial screen of the J2EE engine start page with no error being highligted. How can we test if the JAVA configuration has been successfully completed?

Any information is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Assign the full admin rights to the user

But J2EE_Admin has full admin rigths, we can use this accnt to login into Visual admin with no problem but not in J2EE Engine Start page or any Java URL.

This is actually the problem, there's no error being shown after we call one of the service under JAVA Engine Start Page. It just redirected to the same page.

Can ypu let me know the Srvice and the url and the access method.

This is the format of the URL:

http://<hostname>:<port no>/nwa, but we can't successfully load/enter the site. It just shows the initial screen where you need to input again your User ID and Password.
