QM certificates

Hi,

My customer is asking quality certificate conducted test result in laboratory.I have lot wih inspection type 10.then i did RR & UD for FG.I created quality profile (QC01).then i assigned certificate type to quality profile with material & customer (QC15) .now when i am going to create certificate for inspection lot for customer (QC21) system is showing two messages

1.the specification for characteristics were not found in certificate profile.

2.not all data was found for char in certificate.

But I maintained caracteristic & material in certificate profile.

Hi

You must have the same characteristics in the inspection plan also for that material.

e.g. MIC1, MIC2, MIC3 are assigned in certificate profile and you have MIC1 and MIC3 are present in inspection plan. So when you print certificate, only MIC1 and MIC3 will be printed.

No,it is incomplete copy model

Please make it Complete copy model and then print the certificate.
