MCTI - No items found in F4 input field

Dear Friends,

T. Code --> MCTI

In the selection screen for the sales employee analysis and for the standard analyses for self-defined info structures of the sales information system, the search help (F4 help) for characteristic 'Sales employee' is missing.

When i gave authorization check with all branches after only i am getting this kind of error. otherwise i give Full auth. Profile SAP_ALL and SAP_new. I got all info. How can i avoid this kind of error

You need to do and authorization trace via ST01 and find out what auth. objects are been checked. After that make the corrections in the roles.
