F4 Output Blank

Hello All,

We have ECC6 SR1 installed on a windows based server.

The problem is when i do a F4 in the fields of any transaction the output is blank, but strangely the number of hits are displayed.

I upgraded the BASIS and ABAP Support packages but the problem still remains.

If anyone has idea on this please let me know.

Hi Anil,

I think ur Windows server Internet Explorer corrupted or Not supported pls check. Then u can check ur GUI version and proper installation.

OK, I check on a system which has the latest GUI patch and my other ECC6 systems work fine.

But still the same blank output with this system. Maybe there must be some program, func module or table missing in the system.

What do you think?

Hi Anil,

Check your SAP GUI release and patch....make sure u have the latest.

My other ECC6 systems work fine on the same GUI. Don't think its a problem with GUI or its patch.
