swap size problem

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install SAP NW7.0 EHP1 AS ABAP. RAM is 8GB.

when i install Central instance, i get below screen sayingn

Condition - Swap Size

Result Code - Condition Not Met

Severity - Medium

Message - For the selected services atleast 20480 MB space are recommended. Current value 3648 MB (Updated 2005-06-24)

I dont have any SWAP drive seperately, but using C:Drive itself for swap space.

In Paging file size it says C: Space available is 12125MB

In Custom size i already entered 4092. However i dont have space to allocate 20480 now. what do in this case.

will it give error during install???

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You may not able to increase swap space more on C: but you can add more space for swap from other available hard disk drives (logical/physical) like D:, E: You may want to partition the drive if you just have one big size partition. Please add swap space 3 to 4 times of your RAM.
