Diagnostics and Agent Questions

Hi

We are currently installing the agents and need info onfollowing for

our production installs: Version of Solution manager 7 sp19

1) If i have a single server with 2 sap systems: ECC and GTS, which of

this agents do I have to install for each system? Where can I find a

table matrix that lists the agents/components and those details?

Diagnostic Agent (abap/java)per system/app?

sapccm4x (abap only), per sap system/app?

sapccmsr (java only),per system/app?

ccmsping (abap?),per system/app?

SAPOSCOL (abap/java)per system/app?

Wily agent (java?) per system/app?

2) If I have ECC prod system 1 ci+db + 2 app servers (in separate

machines), which of the above agents to have still have to install for

the app servers?

sapccm4x (abap only), per system?

sapccmsr (java only),per system?

ccmsping (abap?),per system?

SAPOSCOL (abap/java)per system?

wily agent (java) per system

1] Separate CCMS agents for each SID.

2] Separate CCMS agents for each Instance.

Hi,

1) 1 Diagnostic Agent/SAP system : SAP Note :1365123

CCMS Agents : 1 agent per system.

CCMSPing for each system(standalone ABAP/JAVA).

2) Refer to same SAP note as Above for Diagnostic Agent.
