SRM 7.0 - Controlled-Process Workflow - Reminders

Hi all,

For an approval with completion workflow for Shopping Carts, with Process-Controlled Workflow , I have the requirement about sending e-mail reminders to the current approver(s) when no action is executed after a configurable number of days. Does anybody know whether this is available in the SRM standard functionality? In this case, please, provide the customizing path.

Hi Cecilia,

You can achieve this functionality by having Deadline monitoring implemented for the task step.

Add the 'Latest End' or 'Requested End' monitoring to the approval task. If the task is not acted upon in the defined time, you can add a send mail step to the deadline branch of the workflow to send reminder mail.

Hi,

There is customizing "Define Deadline for Events" under SRM -> SRM Srver -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Business Workflow -> Process Controlled Workflow -> Business Process Configuration.

You can set like WF_LATEST_START.
