duties of conversion specialist in sap

i am new to sap, and would be glad if someone could explain me the duties of a conversion specialist in a new implementation with some examples so that i can learn conevrsion programs

Hey pavan,

way kind of conversion program u mean.In XI u have content conversion to convert a Flat file structure to XMl content.

hai,

i mean the conversions which take place in the beginning of a new implementation.. i think they call it data mappings and migration..
