html file directly under the web application server root folder

Hi,

Any one know how to put a xx.html file under http://host:port/ folder, so the file can be accessed via URL http://host:port/xx.html?

Hi,

In Visual Admin tool, go to HTTP provider > Runtime > Set Root Directory = /usr/sap/<System ID>/<Instance Id>/j2ee

Set Start page = /irj and Save properties and retry

Hi Kumar,

Thank you for your quick response. If I changed the root directory in VA to /irj, then portal will be root, right? The portal logon page will be shown when I use URL http://server:port.

Currently, I have /irj/portal/anonymous as root directory. Does this mean I have to put my xx.html in anonymous content folder so it can be accessed via http://server:port/xx.html?
