install terx on AIX

Dear All,

I want to Install Trex on AIX 5.3 64-bit

I have down loaded Trex 7.0 51033523.zip

When it was unzip I got TX_AIX_PPC64 folder

I have un sar all the folders inside it but not able

To find sapinst.exe file to start installation

Pl suggest

I have installed TREX70_47-20000466.SAR on AIX 5.3 64 bit its working fine

I didnu2019t get the point what do you mean my revison version.

but I want to install Trex 7.0 (new installation) i have downloaded the file 51033523.zip

Hi Gopal,

Check SAP Note 1352720 - TREX 7.00: Revision 47. Download this file from SMP then install TREX.
