Processing messages XI

Hi all,

I am going to explain my issue:

First of all, in my interface I have a mapping that converts Idocs to an outbound structure. Then, that structure is used to call a BPM that gets another information.

If I launch 5 IDocs, in sxmb_moni transaction I can see that the first IDoc has been processed successfully but the rest IDocs are placed in the queue with an error like: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/HTML; HTTP 403 Forbidden

If I refresh caches and I activate the queue, the previously mentioned IDocs are processed.

I think that the problem explained before is related to caches.

Is there any way to improve the processing of messages without any manual action?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Gemma

Hello all,

The problem has been changed.

Yesterday, 500 IDocs were launched and the result was: 5 processed IDocs and the rest messages remain in the queue associated to the BPM.

There is a manual way to solve it, but we don't like a manual solution like this:

1- Refresh caches

2- Lock/Unlock the queue

Now there is not any error, only the queue remains blocked with the messages.

We think that there is a problem related to performance, but we would like to know if there is any way to improve it.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Gemma

Hi

we too have the same problem and we did it manually

i) Refresh the Cache

ii) Go to SM58 and refresh it
