Hello,

I would suggest you to appraoch your ABAPer to create a new T-code (Z_VF04) so that the new field can be added up with

the older field available on the program as modifying a standard program is not wise. When the new t-code is created

then make sure to copy the program from t-code VF04 and then validate for the new field in the program. Hope this help !!!

Hi

As you want to add a new column in the transaction VF04, so you can take the help of the ABAP'er and assign a new column in the VF04 t.code. Apart from the assignment of the column in t.code VF04 , also change the program that has been assigned to VF04. with the help of ABAP'er.

Hi ,

You can simply request ur developer to develop an ABAP Report for all the output fields that are there in VF04 T code.Just give required fileds to ur ABAPer with logic,then he he will develop a program by assigning it to T Code.It is not suggested to modify SAP Standard reports.

We even can design queries by using ABAP Query/Quick silver on our own with out ABAPers help.

Hi,

vf04 is the standard Tcode so that we cannot modify or add any column in that.

if you want to add new column then u ask ur abaper to create new prgram by copying the entire program of vfo4 and add new column, for that u have to give new tcode.
