Hi Guys,
May I know what is the difference between standard SAP notification type of Q1 and Q2.
It seems one is use for customer complaint and another is use for customer return goods to repair.
Do you know which one is which one? or I am wrong?

Q1 Customer Complaint : This is complaint from Vendor.Customer initiates against You.
Q2 Complaint ag. Vendor:This is complaint agaist vendor.You initiates against vendor for defective material.
This is the simplest difference.

My understanding is:
F2 is for vendor error i.e. errors seen during incoming inspection
and
Q2 is for complaint against vendor.
F2 is normally assigned to inspection type 01 and can be activated automatically.
Q2 is normally created as and when the problem is observed and is required to be raised against vendor
