Please refer these both documents if you are looking out for Master contract .

Master contract is a combination of Value contracts - Quantity contracts and service contracts which combines all contracts together and passes the informations as header.

Hi,

Material contract is used when there are instances where some materials do not get sold out. So to increase the sales they will have a contract and give discount for some materials . The contract is valid till the material stock is avaiable.
