Hi,
We are using GRC 5.1, some of the management reports that are provided are static. For example, I just want to see all tickets that are closed for a date range along with approver name. Approver name is not there in any of the reports.So is there anyway to add new columns to these reports.
Imagine, I have to provide each AE ticket approver name to auditors that are created in 2 months along with other details, I just can't estimate how much time I spend downloading each ticket information as there are about 250 tickets.

I am not sure if you are still looking for an answer.
Anyways, give the list of all the tickets (without the approvers) to your audit team. Let them select a sample because I am working with one of the audit big 4 and I can assure that they won't need full details for all the tickets. So let them select a sample, and then you can give them audit trail for the selected tickets.
I know this is not the perfect way to do it, but since GRC 5.1 cannot be customized, your best bet is to do something like what I mentioned above.

Hi,
There is no way to customize the GRC AC 5.1 reports. Why don't you upgrade to AC 5.3 which contains far more reports and you can integrate it with BI/BW and customize the reports the way you want.
