SAP Warehouse Management Business Case

Hi To All,

We are in the process of implementing the SAP Warehouse Management module in our company and we have found some resistance from the users to embrace this new functionality. We would like to assemble a business case which will serve to convince the users of its benefits.

Do someone of you can provide me with the structure of a business case for SAP warehouse management?

Hi Luis,

I have the outline of a successful WMS business case based on an assessment of each of the legacy warehouse processes in addition to a more general business case made to a previous client.
