Dear Experts,
i am trying to configure solution database in solution manager, we have installed TREX , when i go to Tcode IS01 ,try to create a problem and solution and while saving it gives me a dump ,i found a note 1002299 which says i can restore the standard configuration by goin to tcode CRMC_SAF_TOOL ,select all the checks and using the guide ,i can restore the standard configurtion the issue is when i use CRMC_SAF_TOOL and do a check ,i dont see any nodes under the process and the guide button is deactive ,can u anyone tell me why i am not able to see any nodes or any checks

Since I do not see the full dump, this is based on my guess ;
Prior to note 1002299, please also try to implement 954407.
When you go to transaction CRMC_SAF_TOOL and you mark one or more
content based checks, you should also be able to see content under the
content's node.
We do not always determine everything, as it might take some time.
So, from this point, it looks good.
Additionally, I could see, that TREX is not connected yet.
As far as I could see, you have already maintained the connection to
TREX in transaction SM59.
For SAF, you have to do some additional customizing for connecting to
TREX.
Herefore, I would ask you to run the wizard, which you can
call with transaction CRMC_SAF_WZ_RFC, or you can get there via
CRMC_SAF_TOOL, execute it, then go to 'Goto', 'Customizing',
'RFC Destinations'.

Hi Li,
thanks for ur reply ,i have done these following steps ,now in CRMC_SAF_TOOL i am able to see all the checks and all the checks show green now ,the TREX RFC is also working fine ,but when i try to search in IS01 or in the support desk ticket ,it always says " no results found " am i missing something
