credit management - two customers

hi

we have two customers code but require to share credit limit, is it possible? pls advice. thanks

Hi,

You have to give the "Credit customer" in the status tab of the credit record(FD32). But to this first you have to define a credit group for both the customers by going to the path "SPROFINANCIAL ACCOUNTINGAR/APCREDIT MANAGEMENT-CREDIT ACCOUNTDEFINE GROUPS" and place both the customers ib the same group (in status tab you can see customer credit group). And you have to maintain credit limit for only one customer which will be valid for the both.

In FD32 for one of the customers, got to the page where you assign the creadit limit and then from the menu path, use Edit - Change Credit Account and give the code of the other customer.

Now both the customers would share the same credit limit as manitaned for the 2nd customer.
