I have received below reply from OSS

"The order 20000350 is not updating S001 due to incorrect/incomplete

customizing. For the combination

there is no update group assigned in customizing and thus there is no

update group saved for the item 10 in order 20000350. Therefore the

the infostructure S001 is not updated for this order.

To solve this issue you need to correct the customizing and then

perform a statistical update with the flags 'Redetermine update group'

and 'Update documents' set. "

but for this

here I am unable to see my delivery type ZLF to assign Statistics group

Is I am follow in OSS correctly

why I am unable to see my delivery type here

Hi,

First read the daocumentation here in Assign Statistics Groups for each Delivery Type

It is only advisable to assign those deliveries and delivery items which do not contain a reference to an order to delivery types and delivery item categories.

This is the only case in which it is necessary to determine the update groups using the delivery types and delivery item categories.

In the case of deliveries and delivery items which do refer to an order, the respective update group will be automatically copied from the corresponding sales order.

so here u will get only deliv.type which doesnot have any reference document ...

try in delivery item category..

The note mentions the order, not the delivery. Make sure Statistics Group is maintained on the document header/item level and that Update group is maintained for the sales area.
