File is not picked from Sender

Hi Experts,

My scenario is file to DB2 scenario the file from SAP to update the table in DB2. Have configured and the communication channel is correctly configured. but the file is not being picked by the communication channel. The authorization of the file is 660.

There is no error in the communication channel monitoring.

Can anyone let me know the reason for this.

try setting file attributes to 777 that is read write execute

Hi,

Change the polling interval to few seconds and see if the file is being picked or not.

Make sure have the directory empty before you place your file in it.

Hi Prem,

If you dont have any authorization issues then it should pick up the file. Did file sender CC pinging/executing. Please check the Filename and directory name in Sender CC, sometimes we may give wrong.

If not working then try to change to a different directory and see.
