Creating POs and Contracts on R/3 from a Bid Invitation / SC

Hi All

I have a quick question regarding SRM-R/3 integration: Which are the configuration steps I must follow in order to create POs and contracts on an R/3 backend from SRM's bid invitations and SCs?

Hi Alvaro,

You have to configure Classic Scenario.

You must ensure all doc number range are defined in line with classic scenerio. And Doc type of R/3 have to be maintained in transaction type in SRM(EBP).

Ensure Activate extended classic scenario not flagged in IMG setting. In Organization plan you need to define backend for document type of PO and Contarcts (PPOMA_BBP).

You have to maintain all master data in sync with R/3 in SRM i.e. Tax code,INCO Terms,Payment terms,etc.

In case you are not using IPC tnad BADI for Classic Light Pricing to be activated.
