error while creating SC 'No G/L account was entered; enter a G/L account'

Hi,

The above error is displayed while creating SC from list of products which are replicated from beckned (ECC).

Even though G/L account is captured automatically after selecting the itm from the list and able to see account assignment category & G/L account details in tab 'Account Assignment'.

The version is SRM 7.0 with SP3.

Pls provide some help or inputs.

Thanks Saj,

The aac settings are OK, the issue is I'm able to cretae SC by adding text item with same prod category, aac & G/L account.

Also, after adding text item, if I add 2nd line item from the list of products (which is from back end), this error is not displayed.

Hi, Did you check the config, Automatic Account determination and check if the GL has been maintained for the relevant AAC.
