Dear All,

I want to make mandatory some fields in CRMD_ORDER transaction

is it possible?..

please give the menu path for that.

Which fields you want to make mandatory.....

you can do via customizing in SPRO-Solman_service desk.....

the mandatory fileds if not filled wil generate error and then in the transaction u cn see button with no of error telling the same to fill.

OR

u can use the BADI ORDER_SAVE to do the same

the advantage is the transaction will not be saved unles u enter the values for same.

Hi

goto spro->scenario specific ->service desk->partner determination procedure->define partner determination procedure

Select SFLN0001..partner functions in procedure double click it...

choose ur partner and then

here make the min field for these partner as "1"

which makes them mandatory

So if they are not entered in the ticket the user can see the error in the ticket.

Dear Prabhakar,

Here i want the control user should enter the value in that sold to party field. otherwise it will not allow to go to the next field i want to make this field as mandatory.
