Hiding Logoff link from GRC

Former Member

Hi Guys

We are trying SSO of GRC tool with Enterprise portal. One of the requirement from the client is to hide the log off button available on GRC tool as it kills the Enterprise portal session also which we did not want.

Is there any way we can hide that button

Parveen

Hello Praveen,

There is no way this can be done at the moment.

I'd the same requirement to hide logoff button and rename "Help" to "GRC Help".. this is how I achieved this:

I modified the "top_nav_header.jsp" at the below location

"/usr/sap/<SID>/JC00/j2ee/cluster/server0/apps/sap.com/grc~aeear/servlet_jsp/AE/root"

If you have some web java script knowledge you can do a lot with this

Hello Parveen,

You can hide log off link in GRC via standard tool.

Go to Config.tab -> Suppot -> Configure Logoff -> Set Yes or No

Hi!

In SP13 For ERM is the same Issue, as Artem says, you can set the header configuration at miscellaneous tab.

The issue in SP13 is that for example in CUP or RAR, you need to re-start the system in case you don't see the header ( name of user, log on session....) but no option to set it.

Hope it helps!

Hi Praveen,

This is not possible in existing versions of GRC-AC.

If you are looking for this feature in upcoming versions, please open an enhancement request with SAP.

Hello Praveen,

This would require code level redesign so not sure how much your client is flexible for that effort.

Thanks

Hi Praveen,

No, there is no way to hide the log off button for GRC applications.

So when you want to exit the session, just close the window instead of logging off.
