Hi,

We want to see more detail in transaction SLF1 (crm service order), like item details...etc.

Because when we copy this transaction like SLF1 to ZSLF1

we are able to see more details (more screen, more fields )

Has this transaction (SLF1) transaction variant? Is it possible to open this details screens?

As I wrote before. You have to change the Screen Profile of your Transaction Type SLF1 into Screen Profile SRV_ABA. When you have set this Screen Profile and you open an Support Desk Message. You will see an extra button between "Fast Entry" and "Transaction Data". Its called "Item Details".

Also on the bottom of the screen you will find a new screen area for the Item Product. When Clicking on the button "Item Details" you can find the SLA times etc...

Hi,

Change the Screen Profile of Business Transaction SLF1.

I think SLF1 is using Screen Profile "SRV_ABA_S", change this into "SRV_ABA".

SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> General Settings -> Set up Original Screen Profile.

Check Settings for ScrnPrType "SRVO" and Trans.Type "SLF1"
