Hi Marta,

I am afraid, I cannot help you with this, but I remember that there was some area on the IBM website which contained tons of information (documentation, FAQs, ...) regarding DB2; I suppose that you might find the answer there as well?

(Sorry, but I don't remember the specific URL for the DB2 documentation).

Alternatively you could post your question on CPSN as well. Here's the thread with the forward to that forum for partners:

Or maybe go to the SAP Community forum for that question?

Hi Frank,

SAP B1 installation with DB2 is complex and very different from one with SQL. I could have solved the problem with the support of B1 Madrid.

There are few installations in the world and it's dificult find support. Now I have little experience to help other partners.

Thank you,

Marta

Hi Marta,

I am happy to hear that your issue has been solved...

So, you are now an expert for SAP B1 on DB2

(Maybe you should tell the participants in the CPSN Forum about your experience with DB2?)

Since you apparently have some more experience with SAP B1 on MS SQL:

Any feedback about the situation after the installation?

Any Add-Ons (except SAP Add-Ons) used?

Thanks,

Frank
