Automatic Sales Document Printing Removal

Dear Gurus,

I have already posted a similar question previously about a sales order. How can I remove automatic printing of sales documents? My client only wants to print documents on request and when they want to.

I have the same problem with a ZKB order.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi friend,

Check it in tcode VV12 for the SO type. Change the value 4 by 3.

Hi,

In VV12 for ur output type condition record say BA00 select Communication on top then unmark the field Print immediately if it is marked...and in NACT select ur output type under default valuee select Dispatch time as 3-send with app..own trnasction..

Hi,

Go to VV12, select the output type that you are using, Check all accesses sequences. Check that the field 'Date/time' doesnt have the value '4' (send inmediatly). If you remove the flag 'print inmediatly', better.
