UD not happened

Dear Experts,

For some bought out materials, 01 inspection lot created , UD taken and stock is posted . But when we checked the inspection lot , the status still showing INSP RREC . When we execute QA32 , the inspection lot appeared for the selection inspection lot without UD . What may be the problem.

Have you given the UD ?

then please check in the selected sets whether you have given valuation to the UD codes. QS51. ( accept or Reject)

Hello

The screen variant becomes mandatory only when you go to that particalur screen. if youskip that screen and directly go to stock posting you can do the stock posting

QM view >inspection type 01>Quality score procedure-->is it from UD or share of scrap.?

Also is Quality score maintained for the catalog type?

We already made the UD field as mandatory , but still somebody without doing any UD posted the quality stock . How is it possible?

Check whether you have give Valuation Code, UD Code UD section of Defects or Characteristics tab of the QA11.

Yes the inspection lot have the status SPCO and the code valuation is marked as non -valuated in the usage decision tab. How to proceed further.

check whether long term inspection is active for inspection characteristic ?

Dear Gajesh / Yogini,

The UD code used for inspection completion is non-valuated only. But it is not appearing in the in the display mode.There are no long term characteritics assigned.

Please check

1) whether UD code for the inspection lot was given. Is the status has SPCO with it

2) some time it may take some time for updating in the table due to system performace. That may be the reason
