Calibartion and single result Recording

Dear all,

I am having following requiremnt,

During internal Calibartion there are several characteristics to be recorded and all shoud have single result recording. Will this be possible in claibration.

Maintain sampling procedure like this

Fixed Sampling

Manual Valuation

Plant Maintenace Tick

Sample Size : 7

And in control indicator maintain single recording. normaly in calibration system by default takes sample as 1.

One more clarification i need is, How will set sample size..som times i wants 7 results to be recorded or sometimes 10 results.

plz. let me know first whether u are talking about calibration where actual lot quantity is 1 or about general material inspection?

if it is for calibration

the sample value is not fixed (suppose sometimes it is 7 or 10 ) then create 1 fixed sampling procedure of sample size 15 i.e. maximum sample size and attach in task list.

While recording results we will see 15 records. Depending upon your requirement record it.

Yes it is possible

Go to IA01 for equipment task list and IA05 for general task list

Go to characteristics, enter description,select and click on control indicator. Here u can see single result recording option. selet it and save.

When calibration lot is created for thta equipment, this task list will get attached and single result recording will be possible.
