Getting warning in SMD Home page

Hello All,

I have installed Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 ( SP18 )

I am getting the warning while opening the link http://10.39.4.107:50000/smd

1)Upgrade status for the current version is outdated. Please upgrade now.

2)Maintenance mode is enabled. Some applications will be disabled or might not work.

Please let me know what component I have to update

Hi Ravindra,

I think the following should help:

1) On the diagnostics setup, choose upgrader (on the left of the screen), this should upgrade your status.

2) Go to your RCA-workcenter. Under common tasks, choose agent administration - on the top left you see your maintenance mode. Switch it to off.

i am getting these tab only in SMD home page,

Diagnostics Setup,Diagnostics System,Managed Systems

Please let me know how will I get the RCA,configuration,workload,trace tabs

Hello Ravindra,

these are now accessible through Solution Manager work center 'Root Cause Analysis'. There are several posts regarding this change.

Ravi,

Execute the upgrader as below-

http://xxxxx:5XX00/smd

Goto Diagnostics System -> Upgrader -> click ' upgrade now'

For de-activating maintenance mode -

Goto tcode solman_workcenter, select root cause analysis

then select Agent administration (left, top side)

select Agents -> Maintenance mode -> off
