Enchance FPM_OIF_COMPONENT and ERC_C_REQ_MGMT_UI

I want to enchance WDA component ERC_C_REQ_MGMT_UI and FPM_OIF_COMPONENT, such that i can add a button in requisition application. The other buttons like save button, candidate search comes through floor plan manager in WDA composition FPM_OIF_COMPONENT. I am not sure if it is done through customization or through enchancement. Also how would i create event for that enhanced button?

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

You got the clarification for this post. Please provide the same, We too have similar requirement to add buttons on user authentication.
