Moving results to directory using reporting agent

HI BW GURUS

I want to know when we use Reporitng agent for WAD reports , can i move the results into a standard directory, is this possible. we are in BW 3.5 support package 12.

Thanks very much for the link , the document which u have sent is for bex reports , what i want to do is , i want to use reporting agent to precaleculate my WEB reports , and push my precaleculated WEB reports to location so that the users can access from that place . is there any way to achive this ...

Hi Abraham,

You can use the Download Scheduler:

Start --> Programs --> Business Explorer --> Download Scheduler.

With this tool you save all the MS-Excel and WAD query precalculated via Reporting Agent in a Directory of your Workstation or of your network.
