Delivery creation customization

Hi Frineds,

Is there any setting or customization to split the delivery items specific to each quantity.

I mean for example if i create sales order with one item with quantity = 2 then delivery should split two items with 1 quantity

each like with items 10 and 20 of quantity 1.

Likewise if i create sales order with two items 10 and 20 of quantity 2 and 2 then i want delivery items in the below way

10 1

20 1

30 1

40 1

Is there any customization to allow the delivery creation in the above way.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

May I know why you want to do this kind of customizing? Did you ask your client why they want to go for tis kind of development? Before doing any customizing, as a functional consultant you should know WHY should you do that. May I know why?

Surely there is a way you can spilt the delivery. But WHY.
