Hi
I am trying to run txn SOLMAN_EWA_ADMIN in solution manager , but it is giving error as
Network Access Message: The website cannot be found
Is there any setting in SPRO to activate this t code? or what is the solution ?

As per blog i have checked all setting , its ok , I tried after change of internet options also.
still it is giving error.

Have you made the Hostname of Solution manager server entry in your local PC host file.
host file path in your local PC C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
make an entry as follows
IP address of Solution manager server host name Full qualified host name

Are you able to see the systems in transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER ?
Yes I can see Development and Quality system in SOLUTION_MANAGER.
