Hello everybody

when i transport the request in single system, from one client to another, then it give the following error

Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0012

So please suggest me how to solve the same

Hello guys, this thread helped me a lot. I was having the same problem of RC=12, and after checking the information here I figured out that I didn't configured the CTC=1.

After that, the requests were released smoothly.

Hi Ganesh,

Please check the TP tool from STMS initial screen

STMS->System overview->SAP System->Check-> do all the 3 checks.

If all the checks are successful, then paste the error log of that particular transport.

If checks are failing, then you may have to download the TP again from marketplace.

I had made a change in TP_DOMAIN_DEV.PFL

DEV/CTC = 1

And the create a Target Group

and configure the TMS

You are doing Client Specific Transport.

Hi Gurus,

I also faced similar issue. The problem was with temp table space. There was no space availabel and hence, export was failing with return code 12. Try checking the same & even undo table space. All the best.

Make sure that the CTC value is set in rest of the systems and then activate the configuration. Which will solve the issue.

Hi Everyone,

I am also getting the same error:

Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.

Calling the transport control program tp
   "tp EXPCHK G13K9B0L15 pf=/usr/sap/trans/R3ENT_NA/bin/TP_DOMAIN_G13.PFL -Dtransdir=/u"

which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:

Return code from tp: 0012

Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.

I saw from this thread that I need to configure CTC=1. I tried to find how to do it and saw this thread:

However I cannot find the part where the CTC will be set to 1. Can you help me on how I can resolve the error I encountered?
